Shipping Damage
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect item, parts missing, or any other problem so that we can make it right.  We will be happy to send you replacements for any missing or damaged parts, Please send us photos of any damaged packaging to help us make a claim with the carrier

Identifying Genuine Lakeside Recreation Ramps
Our aluminum shore ramps all have a Lakeside Recreation LLC serial number plate on the winch strut:

If your ramp does not have a Lakeside Recreation name plate, it is likely a look-alike ramp from another manufacturer. (Avoid Inferior Products).  Unfortunately, we cannot honor their warranty.

We can sell you a replacement winch that is an upgrade from the one they supply.  We can also provide real stainless cotter pins.
